What is Bearsden Academy’s Daily Mile at Home?
The aim of The Daily Mile at home is to improve the physical, social, emotional and mental health, and wellbeing of our children – regardless of age, ability or personal circumstances during this period of school building closure.
Our young people,parents and staff are encouraged to jog or run outside for at least 15 minutes every day. In this time, and we will average a mile or more distance.
